The campus of Manav Chetna Vikas Kendra (MCVK), Indore, came alive with joy, creativity and togetherness as the MCVK Family Carnival was organized on Saturday evening. The event brought together MCVK families and participants of the 10-day Vikalp Camp, creating an atmosphere of celebration, learning and meaningful interaction.
The carnival began with a series of creative stalls designed and managed by children. The stalls highlighted education, skill development and hands-on learning through activities such as cooking demonstrations, children’s magazines, games and other creative projects. Visitors also enjoyed freshly brewed coffee and roasted corn while exploring the exhibition.
The cultural performances became the highlight of the evening. The energetic hosting by Amit Pandey and Chandan Bhaiya kept the audience engaged throughout the program. A group performance by Navneet, Prachi, Anubhuti, Indu Girija Didi, Purnakshi Didi, Sonu, Amit and Chandan Bhaiya on the popular song “Main Aashiq To Nahi” filled the venue with music and laughter. The graceful dance performance by Pranjal Bhaiya and Purnakshi Didi received warm appreciation from the audience.
A fun-filled Lemon Race was organized for participants of different age groups. Children and adults joined the activity with equal enthusiasm, making it one of the most enjoyable moments of the carnival.
One of the special attractions of the event was the launch of a new Organic Soap developed at MCVK by Navneet Jain, Soumya Pandey and their team. Navneet shared that she had no experience in soap making before joining MCVK. She said that the learning environment, continuous guidance and support from the MCVK family gave her the confidence and skills to develop the product. The Organic Soap was officially launched by her father-in-law and mother-in-law, who attended the event as the chief guests.
Speaking on the occasion, Ajay Dayma, Founder of MCVK, said, “Many people in today’s world have wealth, but very few experience real happiness. At MCVK, every moment is filled with joy, celebration and meaningful relationships. When people live with understanding, cooperation and mutual trust, life itself becomes a celebration.”
Participants of the Vikalp Camp also visited the children’s exhibition and experienced MCVK’s unique community lifestyle through the cultural programs and interactive activities. The evening concluded with a special dinner prepared by the MCVK kitchen team, featuring a variety of delicious chaat, desserts and other traditional dishes.
The MCVK Family Carnival was much more than an entertainment event. It reflected MCVK’s vision of building a community where learning, creativity, self-reliance, cooperation and celebration become a natural part of everyday life. The event left participants with joyful memories and a deeper understanding of the values that bring people together.
